RoleWe are seeking General Laborers to provide general physical support for site development tasks. The General Laborer often works alongside operators and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with site preparation, clearing, and clean-up.
- Load/unload materials and equipment.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and prepare foundations.
- Use hand tools and smaller power tools safely.
- Support operators and follow direction from foremen or supervisors.
- General construction or labor experience preferred.
- Physical strength and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
