Job OverviewOne of Atlanta’s most established general contractors is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. You will manage education or municipal construction projects across the Atlanta area, joining a pre‑established team structure.
Responsibilities- Act as Superintendent on education or municipal projects valued at $100 million+.
- Oversee project operations, schedule, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet performance standards.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in education or municipal construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
