A reputable construction company is seeking a talented Superintendent with healthcare project experience to add to their team! They take pride in the value they bring to their clients beyond building through innovation, collaboration, and outperforming their competitors. All projects are local to Charleston and they have excellent benefits!
Qualifications:

• 10+ years as a Superintendent running ground-up healthcare projects, $100M+
• Proven track record successfully completing healthcare projects is required!
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field is a plus

• Implements, maintains, and enforces safety procedures
• Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
• Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
• Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
