Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily projects in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven builder with a proven track record of managing all stages of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to maintain strict oversight of schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning through turnover.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and subcontractor coordination.
• Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Lead regular progress meetings, track milestones, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues, mitigate potential delays, and maintain projects on schedule and within budget.

• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, construction sequencing, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
