Full-Time | $95,000 – $225,000+ (DOE + Performance-Based Growth)

Cablik Enterprises is a privately held construction and site development firm specializing in high-end custom homes, complex site development, and large-scale residential infrastructure. We build challenging projects that require real-world construction experience—not theory.

We are hiring experienced Construction Project Managers who have run jobs in the field, understand how buildings and sites actually come together, and can lead teams from dirt to delivery.

If your background is limited to certifications, corporate PM tools, or non-construction industries, this role will not be a fit.

• Full-cycle management of high-end residential and/or civil site development projects
• Overseeing site work, utilities, grading, foundations, vertical construction, and close-out
• Direct coordination with subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, architects, and ownership
• Managing budgets, schedules, buyouts, change orders, and cost forecasting
• Maintaining jobsite standards for quality, safety, sequencing, and accountability
• Proactively solving construction problems—not escalating them
• Representing Cablik professionally with clients, municipalities, and partners

This is a leadership role with real authority. You are expected to own your projects.

• 7+ years of experience managing residential construction, custom homes, or civil/site development
• Proven experience running active construction jobs, not just coordinating paperwork
• Strong understanding of:
• Utilities & stormwater
• Foundations and vertical construction
• Construction documents and field execution
• Experience working directly with subcontractors and inspectors
• Ability to read plans, identify conflicts, and drive solutions in real time

• Custom home construction (high-end or complex builds)
• Experience with municipalities, inspections, and permitting
• Background in both site work and vertical construction is a major plus

PMP or similar certifications are not required and do not replace construction experience.
