We’re seeking a highly accurate, detail-oriented Senior Estimator to support a growing building products manufacturer and distributor. This is a unique opportunity to join an early‑stage organization, play a key role in scaling operations, and help build a fast, consistent, and high‑quality quoting process.

The Senior Estimator is responsible for reviewing construction drawings, performing precise material takeoffs, and producing accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) used for customer quotes and project buyouts. This role supports a 72‑hour quote turnaround standard and helps improve estimating workflow, quality, and consistency as the business grows.

• Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and generate detailed takeoffs and BOMs
• Identify gaps or conflicts in plans and document assumptions and clarifications
• Partner with pricing team to ensure BOMs are complete and ready for quotation
• Recommend alternates, substitutions, and material efficiencies
• Maintain estimating standards, templates, and internal QA processes
• Support revision cycles and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Distribution
• Mentor junior estimators as the team expands

• 4–6+ years estimating, material takeoffs, or construction materials analysis
• Strong plan‑reading ability and construction math skills
• Experience with takeoff software (Bluebeam, Procore, etc.)
• Knowledge of framing, lumber, sheathing, windows/doors, fasteners, and MEP fixtures
• Strong documentation and communication skills
