This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Atlanta, GA or near major airport. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and completion of paving projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, monitoring project progress, and communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. The role requires managing schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Proven project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with effective time management
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a project-based environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
• Knowledge of paving, construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site in Arcanum, OH, and effectively manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
