Commercial Project Manager - Confidential Atlanta-Area Builder
Location: Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas (Local candidates preferred)
Role: Full-time Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience
Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
Sector Focus: Diverse Commercial
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
- Strong background in adaptive reuse, historic renovations, interiors, or similarly complex commercial projects.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Skilled at reading/interpreting plans & specs and ensuring code compliance.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to resolve challenges in the field.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communicator who can build relationships with owners, consultants, inspectors, and teams.
- Passion for craftsmanship, design, and delivering quality results.
- Direct all phases of assigned commercial construction projects.
- Manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and owners.
- Oversee compliance, inspections, milestones, and closeout.
- Foster teamwork, ensure safety, and drive projects to success.
