Construction Formworker

We are seeking an experienced Construction Form worker to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Form worker, you will be responsible for creating formwork for concrete structures using various materials and techniques. This is a hands‑on role that requires physical strength and attention to detail.

• Read and interpret construction drawings to determine formwork requirements
• Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to create formwork
• Assemble and install formwork according to specifications
• Pour and finish concrete into formwork
• Remove formwork after concrete has set
• Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Form worker in the construction industry
• Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their applications
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong mathematical skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately
• Physical strength and endurance to perform manual labor tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely

The salary for this position is $1100 per week.
