- Lead data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Oversee CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction activities.
- Coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage RFI, submittal, change order, and contract administration processes.
- Review plans and specifications for constructability, quality, schedule, and compliance.
- Conduct project meetings, provide status reporting, and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and handoff of completed facilities and documentation.
- Drive safety compliance, quality standards, and mission-critical operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and schedule optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Required experience managing both CSA and MEP scopes.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and project controls.
- Experience managing design-build projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
- Understanding of commissioning and mission-critical facility environments.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as project demands require.
