A leading General Contractor is looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager to support their growing Cold Storage and Industrial divisions
.
This is an opportunity to get involved with high-value, complex projects
, work alongside an experienced project team, and build a long-term career with a GC that has a strong pipeline ahead.
- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
- Working closely with subcontractors, clients and internal teams
- Helping keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Gaining exposure to cold storage and industrial construction
- 2+ years of construction experience
- APM / Project Engineer experience with a General Contractor
- Commercial, industrial, cold storage or similar project experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Someone ambitious who wants to grow into a Project Manager
