- Project management experience on commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $25M
- Full-cycle PM experience, including estimating, buyout, billing, and cost forecasting
- Experience with web-based project management software, such as Procore
- Experience with project scheduling software

- Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Experience with national brand clients and prototype programs
- Experience managing multi-state projects with traveling superintendents
- Experience mentoring Project Engineers or Assistant Project Managers
- Contract, insurance, and bonding review experience
- Base salary of $110,000-$140,000, depending on experience
