• Review drawings, specs, and project documents to determine material, labor, and time requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams to evaluate scope and feasibility
• Contribute to value engineering efforts and identify cost-effective solutions

• 5 - 15+ years of experience in construction estimating (commercial/industrial focus preferred)
• Skilled in quantity takeoffs, subcontractor scope review, and bid analysis
• Familiar with construction estimating software (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus but not mandatory
