Construction Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join a team working on a variety of building and site-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction costs, can review project documents, and prepare accurate price estimates for customers.

Previous experience estimating demolition projects is not mandatory. Candidates with a background in general construction estimating who are willing to learn a new project type are encouraged to apply.

• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand the work required.
• Calculate estimated costs for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and pricing proposals for customers.
• Identify potential cost factors and ensure estimates are accurate and competitive.
• Communicate with internal team members and customers to clarify project requirements.
• Organize estimating documents and maintain accurate cost records.
• Meet deadlines while handling multiple estimating assignments.

• 3 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related cost-estimation role.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with estimating tools and standard office software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Demolition estimating experience is a plus but is not required.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction estimating experience, understands how to develop project pricing from drawings and specifications, and is comfortable learning new types of construction work.
