Concrete Finisher & General Laborer - Steady Field

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with experience in concrete finishing to support our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Assist with all phases of construction, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup

* Support concrete operations including pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing

* Perform basic concrete finishing tasks such as screeding, edging, floating, and troweling

* Set and strip concrete forms as directed

* Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

* Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

* Work collaboratively with foremen, equipment operators, and other crew members

Qualifications &

Experience:

* Previous experience in construction required

* Concrete finishing experience strongly preferred

* Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

* Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

* Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs

* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods

* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
