Account Manager

Overview Sell and manage HVAC System service contracts and retrofit projects for end-user and property management customers. Responsibilities Marketing/sales Customer development and retention Estimating and budgeting Written proposals Planning and scheduling Cost control Ensuring quality and performance Timely invoices of all work completed to date and conscientious follow-up on collection of money due to ensure positive cash flow Supervision of field crews Safety awareness, training, promotion Warranty administration Requirements At least 3 years of experience in HVAC or services-related sales

At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High school diploma or GED PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHVAC Service experience

Bachelor’s DegreeHVAC sales and presentation experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CHARACTERISTICSDetailed oriented

Work requires local and occasional out-of-town travel to job sites and customer locations.

Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and scaffolds, and to negotiate work areas under construction.
