LEAD FAST-PACED PROJECTS ACROSS MULTIPLE SITES, AND SOLVE PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY SLOW THE JOB DOWNOsborne is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent who is an efficient, hands-on problem solver to lead fast-paced construction projects across the country, primarily within our EV infrastructure division. This is not a traditional ground-up Superintendent role. Our projects are short-duration, high-volume, and often run at the same time across multiple job sites, so you'll manage several crews and subcontractors at once.
Commercial experience is a plus, but not required. We've hired strong Superintendents from production and multi-family residential, civil, utility, and telecom backgrounds. If you can run subcontractors, hold a schedule, and solve problems on your own, we want to hear from you.
Your travel schedule: typically 2-3 weeks on the road, then home between rotations. Home time is planned ahead with your Project Manager, and we book your flights and hotels.
