Job Description:Visual Soldiers is looking for a dynamic Mid-Level Designer to work with our talented team of creatives and developers to craft visually stunning work for our clients. Whether it’s building a brand identity, individual graphics task, or creating immersive web experiences, you’ll be at the heart of our design process, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and care.
Ideal Designer:- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Miro
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles
- Great typography and layout skills with a high attention to detail
- Familiarity with responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and how design impacts user interaction
- Ability to multi-task and deliver great designs quickly
- Experience developing and refining brand identities across multiple channels
- Photo and motion experience is a plus
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work for real clients across a variety of mediums, including web, branding, and digital campaigns
- Ability to clearly communicate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Openness to feedback and ability to iterate designs to meet evolving project needs
