Responsibilities- Shape platform-specific strategies, ensuring content quality and consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team of Social Content Producers.
- Translate breaking news and cultural moments into high-impact social content.
- Track performance metrics and drive results.
- Contribute to hands-on content production when needed.
- Creative leadership with experience managing a social media team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital newsroom.
- Proficiency in turning timely events into engaging social content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
