Creative Services Trainee

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

The Creative Services Trainee position offers hands‑on experience in preparation for a full‑time role at a broadcast TV station, focusing on creative development and multimedia production for FOX 5’s programming and digital channels.

• Assist with production tasks: lighting, camera work, audio, and teleprompter operation.
• Curate, pitch, write, and produce content ideas aligned with station brands.
• Create multimedia elements for broadcast and digital media.
• Network within the organization to build collaborative relationships.
• Use social media and digital marketing to enhance engagement.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates (within one year or less) in Communications or related fields, with strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and preferably experience in social media and digital marketing. Applicants must submit a demo reel or work examples.
