DPS is seeking a delivery-focused, energetic, detail-oriented individual to assist in the creation and management of a wide range of digital content, including LMS materials, website development, video production, animation, and graphic design. This position is focused on multimedia production, requiring creativity and technical expertise to develop engaging content.
In this role, you will oversee content through its full life cycle—creation, approval, activation, and continuous improvement—while collaborating with stakeholders across the company to ensure our digital platforms effectively amplify our core brand message and provide a seamless user experience.
Your experience will involve creative problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and adaptability to a flexible schedule—including occasional late nights and some weekend coverage—are essential.
While some processes are well-defined, you will assist in refining workflows and implementing new approaches to improve content creation and management.
This position reports to the Manager of Communications & Engagement inside of Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.
This is a part‑time, hybrid role with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and production of LMS content, website development, video, animation, graphic design, and other digital media.
- Support company branding efforts by managing digital assets, maintaining the content library, and providing resources to DPS staff.
- Contribute to creative initiatives that enhance the overall user experience and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
- Aid in the preparation and delivery of leadership presentations, video content, and graphic design projects.
- Assist with curating, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Assist in the design and production of LMS content, website development, video, animation, graphic design, and other digital media.

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Requires a strong ability to solve creative and technical challenges, ensuring content is engaging, on‑brand, and aligned with business objectives.
- Requires strong judgment in executing tasks with accuracy and alignment to company standards.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a comms, branding, marketing, design, engagement type field.
- Solid instructional design and e-learning content creation skills.
- Experience with various LMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Learn
365, Articulate 360). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
