We’re looking for internet culture geeks, meme aficionados, Tik Tok natives, who love staying on top of the latest cultural phenomenon to inspire and create cool s***.
As a Content Creator, you will work as part of a dynamic, trend‑savvy team focused on producing engaging social‑first content for a range of exciting brands. Your role will involve ideating, shooting, editing, and delivering content that captures the latest internet and social media trends, with an emphasis on lo‑fi, Tik Tok‑driven media.
You’ll collaborate with senior creators, social strategists, and creative leads to ensure that the content is fresh, innovative, and aligned with brand goals. This role is a great fit for someone who loves internet culture, memes, and staying ahead of social media trends. You’ll contribute to everything from brainstorming new ideas to bringing those concepts to life, with a hands‑on approach to creating content across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Ideate and create social‑first content across platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and emerging media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and trend reports to share ideas and insights into current trends.
- Film and edit video content using both in‑app tools and editing software.
- Collaborate with social strategists and senior creators to ensure that content is on‑brand and relevant to the target audience.
- Stay on top of trending formats, sounds, effects, and styles, and incorporate them into your work.
- Assist in writing captions, copy, and rationale to accompany your video content.
- Engage off‑feed while understanding/embodying a brand’s TOV.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and aesthetics while working on a variety of content types, from quick‑turn viral videos to more polished campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in content creation for social media, either at an agency, brand, or as a freelancer.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, particularly Tik Tok and Instagram, and how that specifically applies to brands.
- Proficiency with in‑app editing tools and familiarity with professional editing software like Premiere (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
- A creative and flexible approach to video production, with the ability to adapt to new trends and platforms quickly.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- A portfolio of content that demonstrates your ability to create engaging and relevant social media content.
