OkWhen is seeking an AV Production Engineer to own AV for assigned events, from pre-production to on-site execution. You’ll design AV plans, coordinate gear and local crews, and run shows, ensuring exceptional audio, video, and lighting experiences for clients.
You will lead on-site operations for conferences and multi-room events, manage local crews, and troubleshoot signal flow, RF, and networking under show conditions while supporting post-event deliverables.
