Mirella Kingston returns home from the big city to help her Aunt Lola after finding out that their beloved Kingston Inn is threatened with closure. Nolan, a mysterious guest with a surprising willingness to help, becomes an unexpected ally in their attempts to save the inn. However, the handsome code enforcer Ryan starts off on a bad foot and isn't making things easy for them - he also isn't shy about his interest in Mirella.

With the future of the inn uncertain, Mirella begins to see that God may be working in ways she never expected.
