Art Coordinator, Pilot

Seeking an Art Coordinator to join our independent production team for an upcoming pilot. This is a dark comedy with thriller elements, exploring themes of societal pressure and identity, with a slightly surreal tone. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, assiting the Production Designer and Art Director with practical tasks. You'll be vital in helping to source props, manage set dressing logistics, organize inventory, and handle general departmental errands and administrative duties.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. No specific gear is required, but an understanding of art department operations and a proactive attitude are key. Previous experience in an art department, even as a PA, is a plus, but we are open to all experience levels for the right motivated individual.

Please send a resume or brief summary of your relevant experience. We anticipate about 3 weeks of work, starting with prep in the last week of November 2026, leading into a 5-day shoot in early December 2026. This will be a standard 10-12 hour day schedule. Compensation is $200-400 per day, depending on experience. We'll provide craft services and lunch on shoot days.

We'd love to hear from you by November 22, 2026.
