Overview

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team who can deliver exceptional customer service and help a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex. You will establish relationships with clients, collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, continuously seek improvement, and demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Contribute to the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high quality and timely manner.
  • Support business activity such as handling new business applications and processing certificates of insurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency, productivity and process standards.
  • Nurture relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with day‑to‑day client representatives.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems.
  • Use Gallagher’s technology to improve productivity and quality.
  • Optimize balance of multiple competing priorities.

About You

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred

  • Associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.
