About the Front Desk Agent Position
First impressions count. To give guests a memorable start, we’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who can process transactions seamlessly, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to help guests feel right at home.
A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
- Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
- Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
- Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
- Staying a step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
- Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
- Clear communication skills – you’ll be the first point of contact for concerns and compliments.
- Problem‑solving abilities to turn issues into opportunities and leave guests with great memories.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus but not essential.
- Literate and tech‑savvy – strong reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
