We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Client Success to join our Client Success team. You’ll play a key role in supporting client onboarding, handling inbound questions, and ensuring our users get fast, helpful answers that keep them successful.
What You’ll Do:- Serve as primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned cohort, whether system related or account related
- Guide new clients and users through onboarding, user training, and early success milestones
- Proactively monitor account activity/health to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for expansion
- Document common questions and collaborate with Product and Technology to improve resources, workflows, and feature adoption
- Serve as the go-to expert on the Advizor Pro platform and help clients get the most value from each dataset and feature
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced SaaS environment
- Experience in software, support, or operations—CS background preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
