Entry-Level Service Supervisor in Peachtree Corners. Effective coordination of field employees to meet high customer standards.

• Dispatch technicians to customer job sites to assess service, repair, or installation needs.
• Track jobs for completion to customers’ satisfaction.
• Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide counseling with improvement action plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Adaptable to change and good at multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and mechanical aptitude.
• Professional customer communication and representation of the company.
• Proficient user of software and systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
