A typical day at one of our front desks…

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, warmly welcoming residents and their guests home. You will monitor the lobby, handle incoming calls and requests, and manage package and food deliveries.

Your priority will be to make our residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a smooth operation and service experience by communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents and guests.
  • Following property-specific systems for deliveries and ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitating contractor arrivals and departures, as well as visits from realtors and potential home buyers and renters.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Following procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Promptly answering and completing resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.
