• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with policy questions, billing inquiries, updates, and renewals
• Ensure customer needs are handled accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support the agency by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Prior customer service or office experience preferred (training provided)
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

$60,000 – $85,000 per year (base + performance incentives)
