Atlanta Opportunity | Director of Customer Experience

I'm partnering with a respected consumer-focused organization in the Atlanta area that is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead both customer service operations and Voice of Customer initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a leader who can balance operational excellence with customer insight and strategy
.

• Lead customer service and support operations
• Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service performance
• Own Voice of Customer programs and customer feedback initiatives
• Analyze customer sentiment, identify root causes, and uncover trends
• Partner cross-functionally to improve the customer journey and business outcomes
• Influence executive decision-making through customer insights

We're looking for someone who has experience in:

• Customer Care Operations
• Contact Center / Call Center Management
• Voice of Customer (VOC)
• Customer Insights & Customer Sentiment
• Customer Experience Strategy

• Process Improvement & Service Excellence

This is not a traditional Customer Success role
. The ideal candidate has led customer-facing service organizations and understands how to translate customer feedback into meaningful business improvements.
