Insight Global's client in Atlanta, GA is looking to add a leader to their customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- - Overseeing and leading programs that will create meaningful experiences for members.
- - Assisting in interviewing and maintaining a positive work environment for the customer service team.
- - Maintaining standards of exceptional customer service, facilitating positive member interactions and maintaining high levels of member satisfaction.
- - Defining and holding customer service team accountable to KPI's surrounding member experience and satisfaction.
- - 3+ Years of professional customer service experience.
- - 1 Year of boutique customer service experience focused more on relationship building and management.
- - 1+ Year(s) of leadership experience at the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager level.
- - Experience with interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- - Event and membership experience.
$25/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
