Coordination Specialist

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help coordinate travel experiences, reservations, and planning details in a remote environment.

As an Experience Coordination Specialist
, you'll help clients explore options, organize activities, manage confirmations, and keep accommodations, transportation, and scheduling details aligned.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Gather client preferences, dates, and experience goals
• Research activities, accommodations, and transportation options
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate schedules and timing
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help manage changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client and planning information

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Adaptability when plans change

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client coordination can be helpful, but it is not required.
