• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 7:45 am – 2:00 pm
• Friday: 7:45 am – 12:00 pm
• 1‑hour lunch break each day

• Answer incoming calls, including new patient inquiries and emergencies
• Establish trusting relationships with new patients
• Track pending and incomplete treatments
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies
• Present treatment plans to patients
• Ensure dental goals are met in relation to dental services
• Schedule appointments
• Request records
• Conduct patient follow‑ups

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Two or more years of dental front‑office experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
