** Patient Service Representative

** If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for patients, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play an important role in helping patients navigate their appointments and treatment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice.### What You’ll Do
* Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
* Answer phones and respond to patient questions and concerns
* Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments
* Follow up with patients regarding cancellations and no-shows
* Register patients and maintain accurate patient information
* Post charges and payments to patient accounts
* Monitor and respond to voicemail
* Help patients understand their treatment and financial arrangements
* Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
* Work closely with the dental team and Office Manager to provide an excellent patient experience### What We’re Looking For
* ** Dental office experience required
*** Previous experience answering phones and scheduling appointments
* Strong customer service skills
* Experience with patient payments is a plus
* Knowledge of HMO/PPO dental insurance is a plus
* Friendly, professional, and dependable
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment###
