You’ll be more than a salesperson; you’ll be a trusted design partner guiding customers through everything from furniture selections to full‑room transformations, using your interior design expertise, trend awareness, and flair for customer service to bring their vision to life—whether in‑store, virtually, or in their home.

• 🔍 Be the Customer’s Trusted Advisor: greet, listen, and learn. Lead design consultations that feel like conversations, getting to know a customer’s style, needs, and lifestyle.
• 🎨 Turn Vision into Reality: create stunning, functional spaces using color theory, spatial planning, textiles, and trend‑savvy picks, walking customers through fabric swatches, finishes, and product choices with confidence and clarity.
• 🛋️ Inspire with Tech + Tools: build out 2D/3D room views, mood boards, and persuasive presentations using design software. Bonus points for experience with Sketch Up, Design Files, Floor planner, Icovia, or similar tools.
• 📈 Always Be Designing (and Selling): every interaction is a chance to build trust and drive results by turning design dreams into shoppable plans.

• 🛍️ Sales chops: 2+ years of sales experience, ideally with higher price‑point products or in a design‑related retail environment.
• 🛋️ Design know‑how: at least 1 year of experience in interior, architectural, or graphic design, with a solid grasp of spatial planning, color theory, and style trends.
• 📆 Flexibility: open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 🖥️ Tech savviness: comfortable using design tools (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Design Files), POS systems, and platforms like Salesforce.
