St. Bourke Promotes Tyler Johnson to Director – Planning & Design

St. Bourke, an Atlanta-based asset management and property development company, announces Tyler Johnson as Director – Planning & Design. A seasoned planning and design professional with nearly a decade of experience in landscape design, land planning and project management, Johnson was recently promoted to this position.

He joined St. Bourke in May 2021 as Planning & Design Manager. Johnson’s new responsibilities include working with the Vice President – Planning & Design to support every facet of planning and design function rke.

As Director – Planning & Design, Johnson is responsible for managing stakeholder and consultant relationships, assisting in the preparation of project budgets and feasibilities and identifying and mitigating potential planning and design risks through creative planning strategies. He also manages the scoping, briefing, procurement and preparation of key planning and design deliveries including project visions, concept layouts, master plans, land development plans and construction drawings.

Prior to joining the St. Bourke team in 2021, Tyler Johnson served as a Project Manager for one of Atlanta’s leading architecture and design firms. In that capacity, he coordinated due diligence investigations for potential property acquisitions, managed large teams of developers, consultants, and contractors, monitored and maintained project budgets and managed the development of plan sets from initial concept phase through construction documents for communities ranging from 500 – 4,000 dwelling units.

Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master’s in Environmental Planning and Design from the University of Georgia. He resides in Atlanta with his wife Anna and daughter Hallie.
