Project Architect - Luxury Hospitality + F&B
Our direct client, an award‑winning architecture + design studio, is hiring a Project Architect to lead luxury hotel and elevated Food + Beverage projects from concept through completion.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
What you’ll do- Lead project documentation and coordination across all phases
- Drive design intent into high‑quality CDs
- Manage consultants and support client/contractor communication
- Partner with PM to hit scope, schedule, and budget
- Guide internal teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences
- Licensed/Registered Architect
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program
- 8+ years of experience, ideally hospitality and/or F&B
- Strong code knowledge and technical rigor
- Proven leadership on complex project teams
