Position Summary

Join our partner firm, Macgregor Associates Architects (MAA), an Invision Studio, asa BIMand ITManageroverseeing and administeringtheutilizationoftechnology-based toolsand standards to support architectural staff.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth project operations by coordinating and implementing internal organizational and client-directed

BIM standards,managing the useofdesigntechnology for project delivery acrossall project phases, andassistingwithdevelopmentand deployment oftechnology-basedtoolsfor company use.

You willuse your technicalexpertisetosupport fellow studio memberswitha strong emphasis onimplementingadvanceddigitalworkflowsand initiatives.

The ideal candidate isskilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentandpossessesstrong communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Assistin development and implementation of organizational BIM tools and documentation standards,includingtrainingdesignstaffintheir effective use.
• Facilitate efficient project delivery by organizing and applying office-wide and client-directed BIM standards for project teams.

• Coordinate setup and maintenance of design projects onMAA’sAutodesk Construction Cloud, includingdigitalfile creation,management of site permissions,andsteeringcloud-hosted model coordination activities across multiple disciplines.
