Job Overview

We seek an exceptionally talented designer who can create world‑class product innovation. As an Industrial Designer
, you will bring consumer insight and stellar execution to design initiatives that harness cutting‑edge technologies, integrating generative AI and emerging design tools into your workflow while ensuring each concept delivers real‑world value.

You will work across consumer products, from home goods and baby gear to outdoor equipment and kitchen appliances. You will collaborate closely with graphic designers, usability experts, CMF specialists, and engineers to drive concepts from initial idea through to production‑ready reality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design development of projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives
  • Generate and refine product concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and physical prototyping
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and brand strategy into differentiated product design solutions
  • Create compelling presentations and visual storytelling to communicate design intent to cross‑functional teams and leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Insights to ensure feasibility, cost‑effectiveness, and design integrity
  • Apply advanced design fundamentals (form, proportion, CMF) to create aesthetically and functionally superior products
  • Develop and document design specifications, CMF guides, and design intent packages to support downstream execution
  • Participate in design research activities, including consumer observation, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • Contribute to the evolution of design processes, tools, and best practices within the design team
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of relevant experience in corporate or consulting Industrial Design
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team environments
  • Demonstrates intermediate aesthetic sensibilities through product form, detailing, and CMF. Can identify and articulate successful aesthetics in relation to consumer target and brand
  • Shows consumer empathy through designs informed by articulated and unarticulated insights, ensuring decisions reflect user needs and real‑world use
  • Utilizes clear design context with compelling storytelling and prompts. Demonstrates LLM use in workflow. Proficient with ChatGPT, MS Co Pilot
  • Intermediate design feasibility knowledge, collaborating with engineering for production‑ready designs with good materials understanding
  • Strong 2D design skills including essential sketching and Gen AI exploration while maintaining design intent. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, Vizcom or equivalents
  • Sound 3D design skills with intermediate CAD modeling, surfacing, rendering, and NURBS. Hand model making experience. Proficient with Solid

    WORKS, Rhino, Keyshot, Kaedim or equivalents
  • Proficient in Motion Design producing quality animations and video content for product storytelling. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Runway or equivalents
  • Good interaction design in usability, interface, and user‑centric experiences through sensory details and testing methods
  • Ability to travel at least once per quarter
