As Project Coordinator, you will contribute directly to the success of each project through hands‑on work in drafting, modeling, construction document production, and construction administration support. You will interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams, helping ensure smooth coordination and high‑quality deliverables that uphold MAA’s design standards.

• Support multiple projects and project managers across all phases of design and documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal team members, design consultants, and clients.
• Assist in the production of high‑quality construction documents (CDs), including drafting, modeling, and detailing.
• Participate in the development of design details and ensure alignment with firm standards.
• Contribute to fast‑paced project deliveries by maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
• Support the construction administration (CA) process, including:
  • Responding to RFIs
  • Reviewing submittals
  • Conducting site visits and punch walks
  • Preparing site visit reports
• Uphold company design standards across all assigned tasks.
• Utilize Revit for project documentation, with a strong preference for experience in BIM 360 and cloud‑based model collaboration.
• Adapt to evolving client needs and project directions with a flexible, team‑oriented mindset.
• Show initiative and commitment to professional growth with the goal of progressing into a Project Manager role.
