Responsibilities
- Assist preparing the marketing presentation documents.
- Assist updating past project information and Atlanta office brochure.
- Organize and maintain past proposal binders.
- Design
- Assist Revit/Auto Cad related tasks as needed (drawing, 3D, etc.).
- Assist design presentation work (including study model, rendering, etc.).
- Assist interior design tasks (including furniture selection, etc.).
- Organize and maintain design library.
- Pre-Construction
- Assist initiate bid document preparations with the Business Development team.
- Proven experience in document control or a similar role.
- Experience in Architecture Design/Construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bilingual (fluent) in Japanese and English, preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field AND 1-3 years of architectural experience including use of CAD technology. Masters degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
