Our client, a design firm, is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Designer (with Revit experience) who excels in architectural visualization and conceptual design. This role requires someone who can lead projects conceptually-transforming ideas into stunning 3D renders and compelling visuals that communicate design intent clearly and effectively.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Schedule: Contract, 40 hours/week

• Develop and manage Revit-based BIM models that accurately reflect design concepts.
• Produce exceptional 3D renderings and conceptual visuals for presentations and client meetings.
• Act as a concept artist, translating creative ideas into buildable, visually engaging outputs.
• Collaborate closely with architects, design leads, and project managers to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Present visualization materials and contribute to design discussions with stakeholders.
• Introduce innovative visualization techniques to enhance storytelling and decision‑making.

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong visualization skills.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high‑quality conceptual renderings and 3D visualization work.
• Background in design, drafting, or related field (architectural license not required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead conceptual phases of projects.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing technical modeling with creative artistry.
