Architecture Manager

We are currently hiring for a talented and driven Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects including design planning budgeting and implementation As a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
• Develop project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations
• Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documentation
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Cultivate relationships with clients contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to foster successful partnerships

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up or other design software
• In-depth knowledge of building codes regulations and standards
• Experience working with Pakistani clients is preferred but not required
• Must have valid work visa for the US
