As a
Product Designer
, you will be responsible for designing lighting products that resonate with consumers and perform well in retail environments. This role requires a balance of creativity, consumer research, and technical design expertise to create products that are not only visually appealing but also meet customer needs and market trends.

• Conduct consumer research to understand trends, preferences, and pain points in home lighting.
• Design innovative, aesthetically appealing, and functional lighting products for retail.
• Develop sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Work closely with major retailers to align designs with market demand and brand expectations.
• Test and refine designs based on consumer feedback and usability studies.
• Develop and manage PLM
• Manage product catalog

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in consumer goods or lighting.
• Strong understanding of retail market trends and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Solid Works, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with prototyping, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for blending creativity with data-driven design decisions.
• Mandarin and English speaking is preferred.
