Architecture Manager for Indian Professionals

Our architecture firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to lead a team of Indian professionals As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process for various projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards

• Manage a team of Indian architects and designers providing guidance and mentorship as needed
• Review project proposals and plans to ensure they align with client requirements and local building codes
• Develop project budgets and timelines monitoring progress throughout the design and construction phases
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their expectations
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plan
• Coordinate with contractors engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status financials and any potential issues or delays
• Stay updated on current industry trends and incorporate new technologies into project designs

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Experience managing a team of architects or designers preferred
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
