Gynecologic Oncologist Opportunity
Piedmont Healthcare has a great opportunity for a Gynecologic Oncologist to join established, successful practices. This opportunity will allow the ideal candidate to join a practicing physician and team in a very busy practice setting while providing excellent patient care. Candidate can be board certified or board eligible and committed to providing high-quality patient centered care. This is a full-time position primarily, rotating between both inpatient and outpatient settings with rounding one in every four weekends.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience.
The hospital locations currently hiring are:
- Piedmont Rockdale Hospital - Conyers, GA
- Piedmont Henry Hospital - Stockbridge, GA
- Perform hospital rounds on inpatients to include surgical floor and intensive care units
- Communicate patient condition changes to physician and coordinate care
- Interact with nursing staff, pharmacy, radiology and other service lines in hospital
- Answer ER calls
- Perform H&Ps, consults, and write progress notes on inpatients
- Assist with care of patients in the clinic along with performing procedures in the hospital setting
