Lead Psychiatrist – Locum to Permanent Position in Atlanta, GA

Palm Health Resources, a premier healthcare staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist for a locum to permanent position 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, GA. This opportunity involves treating patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric, in a behavioral health treatment center setting.

Position Details:

Position type is Temp to Permanent full-time position with no weekends.

Patient population: adolescents to geriatrics.

Duties: medication management, patient education, performing detoxification protocols, and medical-assisted therapy.

Active Georgia License preferred but not mandatory.

Experience is preferred with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.

Group prefers a candidate with prior addiction medicine experience.

Shifts are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with minimal call.

50 plus bed facility.
