Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our dynamic team. As a PA in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality orthopedic care to our patients. You will work closely with our physicians and surgeons to provide comprehensive services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Deliver expert orthopedic care, including patient evaluations, diagnostics, and developing treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work in partnership with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest advancements in orthopedic care to continually improve patient services.
• Team Support: Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and support a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $150,000 to $185,000 annually.
• Bonus: 5-10% annual bonus, paid out quarterly, based on the achievement of set goals.
